This Program and the associated materials were created with the best available knowledge, data, and intentions at the time of development. As science and understanding evolve, updates may become necessary. We do not guarantee that the information will remain current, accurate, or reflective of future discoveries or best practices.
By participating in this Program, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Evolving Knowledge: Information in this Program may change as new research or clinical findings emerge. We are not responsible for any future revisions to the understanding or treatment of scoliosis that may contradict the contents of this Program.
- No Refunds: All sales are final. Under no circumstances will refunds be issued, including dissatisfaction, misuse, or changes in clinical guidelines.
- Lifetime Access: This Program offers lifetime access to our materials; however, "lifetime access" refers to the lifetime of the product or program, not the lifetime of the purchaser. We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove materials at any time, at our sole discretion. While we will make reasonable efforts to maintain access, we do not guarantee perpetual availability of specific content, features, or resources.
- Educational Purpose Only: This Program is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It is not intended as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, nor does it establish a professional-client relationship between the Program provider and the participant.
- Misuse or Misapplication: This Program does not grant a license to practice medicine or guarantee competency. - No Guarantees of Outcome: Completion of this Program does not guarantee professional competency, job placement, or legal certification in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to determine what qualifications are legally required in your region.
- Limitation of Liability: The Program provider, including its owners, affiliates, instructors, and representatives, shall not be held liable for any damages, injuries, losses, or legal claims arising from or related to your participation in the Program or your application of the information contained therein now or in the future. Spiral Spine Pilates is not a medical institution and its staff are not medically trained and cannot provide medical advice. Consult with a physician when necessary.
- Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Program provider and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use or misuse of the Program or violation of these terms.
- Limitations on Use: The Program grants to you a limited personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right and license to access the Program. Unless otherwise specified in writing, the Program is for your personal and non-commercial use. The Program including, without limitation, the content, metadata, design, organization, compilation, look and feel, and all other protectable intellectual property available through the Program (the "Proprietary Materials") are the Program's property or the property of our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights regarding the Proprietary Materials not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved by Spiral Spine Pilates. Unless you have our written consent, you may not copy, reproduce, sell, publish, distribute, display, retransmit, or otherwise provide access to the Proprietary Materials received through the Program to anyone. You agree not to rearrange, modify or create derivative works using the Proprietary Materials. You agree not to create, scrape or display our content for use on another website or service. You agree not to post any content from the Program to weblogs, news groups, mail lists, or electronic bulletin boards, without our written consent.
